Identifying the main ideas in a story
Our Dragonflies reading group has been learning to identify the main ideas in a story and to identify the beginning, middle and end of a story.
Reflection: I'm kind of good at doing it. Talking out loud is hard for me in the retelling.

Esmond, I liked the way you tried to contribute your ideas to our reading group. As a group you managed to think of the main ideas and to order them to show the beginning, middle and ending of the story.
